Taking nothing away from villa owners who have invested and labored to create the beautiful villas that allow us to do what we do, but unlike them, we understand first-hand how much work and costs are involved in running an agency, and the sacrifices and you have made to build your client bases.

How we serve our agents

Agents must be well compensated for the time and effort they have invested in their contacts, and the trust they have built with their clients.

As such, we work with our owners to offer commissions in line or above market norms, and welcome both big and smaller players equally. We understand how boutique the market is for luxury multi-room accommodation rentals, especially at the top end of the market.

  • We work on the basis that we, nor anyone who interacts with us, will ever attempt to directly solicit your clients.
  • We will provide you with top level marketing materials that are world class and incredibly detailed to make that part of your work as easy as possible.
  • We prize speed and accuracy in communication and ensuring the guest experience is as smooth as possible throughout the booking process, the handover to the operational team, during the stay until departure.

Be aware, we don’t grant agency to any agent. We work with people and groups who are a fit for our product. That’s part of what we do.
